WILL YOU SAY, YES?
According
to Esther 4:14, if you keep silent or don’t carry out your assignment the souls
attached to you may perish. Esther risked
her life to save her people. The book of Esther shows us many things,
one of which indicates that God can use anyone for His glory that is willing to
be used. God has also brought you to a
position of influence for such a time as this…to take risks if necessary to
save women in this land…to use all of your feminine skills for building up
Christ’s kingdom right here and right now.
It
is so easy to underestimate your significance, value and importance to the
kingdom of God. You must believe that you have been called to the kingdom for
such a time as this and that you and your assignment are important to God. One
person can make a difference and you are that person. Don’t worry about what
people will say or think. You don’t answer to them. You answer only to God.
You
might be thinking; what does it matter whether you carry out your assignment or
not? It matters greatly to God and His divine plan for your life, especially if
He is leading you to do it. Yes, it’s true that God has other ways to
accomplish His objectives. There are many other women that God could use but He
wants to use you because He has already equipped you with everything you will
need to get the job done. When you have been called “for such a time as this,”
how tragic it would be if you weren’t available to occupy your assigned
territory at the designated time. Think about the number of souls who will not
get what they need to take them to new growth levels, new dimensions and new
heights if you are M.I.A. (Missing in Action).
There
are many needs and issues that surround you. Needs that should make you want to
stand up and be counted. There is so much kingdom work that needs to be done,
churches to plant and ministries to start. Ellen
White tells us…And God has chosen you—selected you—picked you out of the
crowd—called you…to the position you hold today…. It is a sacred trust—a holy
responsibility—one that you need to take seriously….
“Ye
have not chosen me, but I have chosen you…that ye should go and bring forth
fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the
Father in my name, He may give it to you. John 15:16
And now God has chosen you for this day, this time and
this season. He has given you a special assignment, whether it is to minister
to women, teens, children, seniors, men, or broken individuals. God needs you
to carry out his purposes for such a time as this. Will you say, “YES”?
